Yoga
My many years of personal practice and teaching experience allow me to provide a seamless, holistic, balanced class in all styles of hatha yoga, from invigorating power yoga flows to sublimely relaxing yin and everything between.
Power: an intermediate level vinyasa (flow) class, using strength, flexibility and concentration, exploring advanced postures and concepts.
Hatha: a great way to move into your breath, body and energy, and rediscover the challenge, beauty and grace in your body through yoga.
Yin: slow, melting stretches, your personal myofascial release, melting with gravity over several minutes in each pose.
Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is like applied yoga meets massage. It's done fully clothed, one-on-one and without oil, and you (the recipient) have to just relax and lay limp on a large soft mat on the floor, while I move your body and apply rhythmic pressure, opening the muscles both with a stretch and with muscle pressure.
Basically, it's like going to sleep, and waking up having done yoga with hands on assists for every posture.
Sessions are typically 90 minutes, and include singing bowl relaxation.
