As much as there isn’t a universal “right” way of doing things, there is, certainly, sometimes, a wrong way. To know this requires knowledge of yourself as well as yoga and anatomy. An outsider can help with the latter, as I try to contribute with this blog and in my teaching, but only you can ever possess the requisite knowledge of self.
